This Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in delivering gold-standard service and support, handling the day-to-day operations of each account and aiding with both internal and external team members. A successful candidate for our entry-level Customer Service Representative will flourish in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work! Responsibilities of our entry-level Customer Service Representative: Develop relationships with each client, and maintain them throughout the sales and business development process to grow our client base Consult with new and existing customers on products, pricing, and the finalizing of the sales process, if necessary Educate and resolve questions quickly and swiftly Work in tandem with your senior Manager and fellow entry-level Customer Service Representatives to solve problems Maintain spotless record-keeping of each customer using our CRM software What we look for in our next entry-level Customer Service Representative: A high school diploma or equivalent is required Experience in Customer Service, Client Services, or another related entry-level position is highly preferred Strong work ethic and dedication to “the customer comes first” Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional time management skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks A desire to work with other entry-level Client Success Trainees and customers in a high-energy and positive team environment Job Type: Full-time
