The primary responsibilities of the Delivery Route Driver (CSR) is to provide customers with exceptional customer service in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. The CSR will manage their accounts by maintaining accurate inventories, making adjustments and developing relationships with key contacts. Minimum Requirements Valid Arizona Driver's License Must Pass DOT Physical Must have a clean driving record (39-month MVR) Must demonstrate basic math, reading, and writing skills. Must be willing to work Holidays, weekends, and nights. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional Customer Service Develop solid customer relationships through communication and accountability Safely transport product to customer locations in a safe and timely manner Maintain customer accounts (Shelf-stock, inventories, cleanliness, organization) Maintain company provided equipment in good condition Physical Demands & Work Environment Loading and Unloading of 26’ Box truck Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, holding and grasping Must be comfortable to working in all weather conditions . (This is Arizona, it gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It rains, hails, snows and blows! We work through it all!)
