Job Description

We are seeking a remote marketing assistant to support our nonprofit dog rescue fundraiser. This position will be responsible for assisting with marketing efforts to increase donations, raise awareness of our organization, and promote our fundraising events. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about animal welfare and eager to learn. Responsibilities: Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our nonprofit dog rescue fundraiser Develop social media content to increase engagement and followers Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to messages Research and identify new marketing opportunities and partnerships Assist in organizing and promoting fundraising events, both virtual and in-person Create and distribute email newsletters to our supporters Assist in writing grant proposals to secure funding for our organization Assist in developing marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Passion for animal welfare and interest in nonprofit work Familiarity with social media platforms and experience creating engaging content Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
