OTR Teams - HIRING ALL 48 STATES

To join our fleet team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable over-the-road (OTR) truck driver. You must be at least 21 years old, have a current and valid CDL class A, and have no more than three moving tickets or accidents on your driving record in the last three years. Candidates with at least one year of OTR experience and the ability to accept long-haul assignments are preferred. Some overnight stays are necessary. You'll need to clear a background check and drug test before being employed.

Duties and Responsibilities : 

• Drive loads to their destination by the time determined in the contract

• Follow all safety protocols while driving

• Keep accurate documentation for all shipments

• Maintain trucks to ensure they are running properly

• Variant OTR Team Drivers run all 48 states

• NO TOUCH FREIGHT: 80% drop & hook

• Average 5500+ miles every week

Payscale : 

• $ 0.56 - $ 0.66 cpm split depending on each driver’s experience

• You will receive a monthly split cpm addition to your base cpm if your team manages to run a certain amount of miles in the month prior. 

• Hazmat: $150 split per hazmat load. Or $75 per driver

• Orientation: $100/day

Hometime :

• 3 weeks out

• For every extra week a driver is out, they accrue 1 extra day at home, with a max of 7 days at home.

Sign on bonus : $ 12k

Equipment : 

• 2021 or newer Cascadia 

• Freightliner/KWs equipped with 1500 watt-inverter

Requirements and Qualifications :a

• Valid and current CDL

• No accidents or moving violations in the last 3 years

• No felony convictions or DUI/DWI in the last 3 years

• Flexible schedule

• Ability to travel throughout the United States without restriction

• Ability to perform essential functions described in the job description, with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Ability to read, speak, and write the English language in accordance with DOT regulations

• Meet Form I-9 requirements

• Pass a DOT physical examination

• Pass a Company road test

• Provide a list of all violations of traffic laws and ordinances

• Pass a DOT urine drug screen and hair drug screen

• No DOT drug and alcohol testing violations

• 24 months CMV experience in the last 10 years. 6 carriers maximum.
